Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Valid Driver's license required
  • Knowledge of standard Oil and Gas activities and common HSE requirements
  • Knowledge of welding, Oil and Gas construction and/or non-destructive testing an asset
  • Experience with company databases, filing structure, and naming conventions
  • Proficient with Microsoft products including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Proficient with Adobe Acrobat Standard
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to identify problems or potential problems and implement solutions
  • Experience with billing and timekeeping support tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic work environment and maintain effective working relations with a diverse workforce
