**About the Role:**

This internship provides the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and business development, working closely with our experienced team members. You will be involved in various projects, including recruiting, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
  • Assist in developing and implementing employee retention strategies
  • Contribute to creating engaging content for internal communications and company-wide events
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Currently pursuing a degree and graduating in Fall 2025 or Winter 2026
  • Availability to work May 5th - August 22nd, 2025
  • Bilingual in French (preferred)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Results-oriented and proactive
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
