Job Description

The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, focusing on talent management, organizational design, and employee engagement within our North American operations in US & Canada. This role requires a proactive approach to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives, foster a culture of high performance, and support our rapidly evolving organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify HR needs and create actionable plans that are aligned with the company's strategic goals.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Design and implement talent management strategies to enhance workforce capabilities and support succession planning.
  • Drive initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Analyze workforce metrics and provide insights to leadership to guide data-driven decisions.
  • Facilitate training programs and workshops to support leadership development and team effectiveness.
  • Design and roll out recruitment strategies to attract top talent within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and federal employment laws and best practices.
  • Act as a change agent to support organizational transformation and employee adaptation to new processes or systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic role.
  • Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws in North America.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and tools.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $93K - $117K CAD per year.
  • Work Model – Hybrid (2 days work from office)
