About the Role:

As our Director of Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic performance marketing plans that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI optimization. You will oversee planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across paid search, social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.

You will lead a team of performance marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Your expertise in managing multi-million dollar budgets will enable you to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement performance marketing strategies for all brandsOversee planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across paid search, social, display advertising, and affiliate marketingLead a team of performance marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectivesConduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation within the iGaming industryUtilize data-driven insights to monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimizationOptimize campaigns through continuous testing and creative optimizationDevelop compelling ad creative, landing pages, and messaging that align with brand guidelinesManage and optimize performance marketing budgets for all brands

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)Minimum of 10 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the iGaming sectorProven track record of successful performance marketing strategies and campaignsExperience managing and optimizing multi-million dollar marketing budgetsStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a teamIn-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, platforms, and tacticsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insightsProficiency in performance marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics)
