Job Title: Strategic Partnership Manager for Global Business Expansion

This role requires an experienced business development professional to manage our B2B business through partnerships, products, and content delivery tools. The ideal candidate will develop and negotiate contracts, drive revenue growth, and maintain senior-level relationships with partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders in partner organizations to stay top of mind and maximize content and data utilization within agreements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partner sales teams and staff members.
  • Conduct training, sales material, support material development, and feedback collection to ensure Dow Jones is at the forefront of partners' sales teams.
  • Promote partnerships through marketing activities and drive end-customer awareness of our content on partner platforms and services.
  • Retain contracted revenue by ensuring content, products, and services meet partner business needs.
  • Maintain high partner satisfaction through regular communication and strong relationships.
  • Identify new information sources to help partners solve problems and increase user engagement.
  • Manage forecasts, pipelines, and renewal processes, including data collation and presenting a compelling business case.
  • Support Success Managers in onboarding partners, ensuring proper content testing, delivery, billing setup, and records management.

Requirements:

This position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in business negotiations, internal/external relationship management, and commercial awareness. Proven track record in managing projects, developing strategic solutions, and driving revenue growth is essential.

Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
