**Job description**:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support the Regional Director, Senior Project Managers and ensure each client receives exceptional service. You will also provide guidance to the service personnel who perform on-site tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Regional Director and Senior Project Managers.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Create and manage work and purchase orders as required.
- Utilize monitoring software to coordinate and schedule trades.
- Track project budgets, monitor expenses, and provide regular updates.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients to deliver exceptional service.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients, project managers, and on-site personnel.
- Assist with preparing and delivering accurate and timely quotes for clients.
- Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.
- Support the planning and implementation of project activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer proficiency MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be proficient in Excel
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- A desire for continuous learning and personal development.
- 2-year administrative experience (preferred).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
