Our Mission:

As a Wireless Sales Representative at The Mobile Shop, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting Canadians with the latest innovations in telecommunications. You'll serve as a frontline advisor, utilizing your expertise to guide customers towards their optimal phone of choice and rate plan options that align with their unique lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively approach and engage potential customers to promote wireless products and services.
  • Establish genuine relationships with customers, offering expert advice on mobile phones, rate plans, accessories, and device protection plans to fit their personalized needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and mobile devices in the telecommunications industry, effectively communicating features and benefits to customers.
  • Process sales transactions, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
  • Perform follow-up interactions with clients to ensure satisfaction post-sale.
  • Collaborate with peers to increase and drive store traffic to boost sales.
