Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored wireless solutions and exceptional customer service
  • Utilize our sales approach to achieve individual and team targets
  • Recruit, develop, train, and coach a high-performing team to ensure all business standards are met
  • Oversee online and on-the-job training and mentoring to maximize learning opportunities
  • Ensure all aspects of retail operation standards are met, including merchandising, inventory control, scheduling, and training requirements
