Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our retail sales team at CB Canada. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for guiding customers towards the best wireless solutions to match their lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored wireless solutions and exceptional customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize our sales approach to hit and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Recruit, develop, train, coach, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure all business standards are achieved.
  • Oversee a combination of online and on-the-job training and mentoring to maximize learning opportunities.
  • Ensure all aspects of retail operation standards are met, including merchandising, inventory control, scheduling, hygiene, and training requirements.

  • Three years of wireless or retail management experience preferred.
