About the Role:
As a Full-Time Sales Manager at CB Canada, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences in the wireless sector. Your leadership will guide your team in providing optimal mobile solutions tailored to customer needs. You will oversee the sales of various mobile devices and plans from top carriers, ensuring your team can offer informed choices to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized wireless solutions and outstanding service to customers.
  • Implement our sales strategies to achieve and surpass individual and team objectives.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop your team to uphold business standards and enhance performance.
  • Facilitate a blend of online and hands-on training to optimize team learning and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with retail operational standards, including merchandising, inventory management, scheduling, and training.
