Operations Director for Regional Business Growth

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our regional business growth in Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business development, financial management, and human resource development across the region.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and experience managing cross-functional teams. You will work closely with our centre leadership and operational staff to ensure seamless execution of business objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of related work experience in operations, business development, facilities management, and project management. A bachelor's degree in business or a science-related field is required, and a combination of education and experience may be considered.
In addition to your technical skills and experience, you must possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and make timely decisions.
Grifols offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
