National Sales Director

Elevate your sales career as our Director, National Sales. In this key role, you'll develop and execute strategies to drive growth for our Canada Dealer brands. You'll manage national accounts, develop key relationships, and focus on achieving sales and margin goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the Dealer channel, identifying market opportunities and leveraging the entire Dealer brand portfolio.
- Responsible for key account target sales and margin, driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
- Assist with business development projects, evaluating, analyzing, and formulating strategies for business growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve targets, fostering customer relationships and building strong, long-lasting connections.
- Qualify new opportunities and move them through the sales cycle, ensuring effective communication of the value proposition.
- P&L responsibility for the Dealer Channel, driving business growth and profitability.
- Work closely with the VP Sales to provide accurate, ongoing sales forecasts for national accounts, developing and rolling out new programs and initiatives.
- Analyze and review sales trends by account, providing regular and ongoing updates to the VP Sales.
- Coordinate weekly management meeting preparation, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the team.
- Work with the Channel Marketing Manager to develop merchandising and elevated Dealer programs, driving business growth and customer engagement.
- Perform other duties as assigned at management's discretion, demonstrating the Six for Success: Be trustworthy, Commit to your team, Listen to understand, Serve your customer, Prepare and plan, Deliver the result.
- Post-secondary education in a business or related field is required.
- 10 years' experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
