Job Title: National Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Sales Manager to join our team at Impact Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage and maintain accurate client and candidate information in CRM
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales management position
  • Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for work
  • Tech-savvy and experience working with a client relationship management platform (CRM)
  • B2B sales background preferred
