Mantra Pharma markets prescription drugs, natural health products and professional training programs to healthcare professionals so they can provide better care. We are expanding our activities in Ontario to promote Cardiosmile.

Job Summary

This role involves promoting and selling pharmaceutical and medical products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will report directly to the Director of the Medical Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Mantra Pharma products to clients in the designated territory with the goal of achieving sales targets;
  • Present and promote Cardiosmile to healthcare professionals in the designated territory with the goal of achieving sales targets;
  • Analyze sales data to understand market trends and adjust sales strategies;
  • Maintain daily accurate records of client interactions in Mantra Pharma's CRM;
Requirements
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in a health-related field;
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical field. Experience in osteoporosis, cardiology, biosimilar is an asset;
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software;
  • Possess a valid driver's license and a car;
  • Excellent communication, presentation and strong relationship building skills;
  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical information;
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets;
  • Interpersonal and superior sales skills;
