Responsibilities
  • Primary Patient Care: Co-ordinate and manage primary patient care, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention and treatment.
  • Consultations: Consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health, and provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Medications and Treatments: Prescribe and administer medications and treatments, as well as inoculate and vaccinate patients to prevent and treat diseases.
  • Counselling and Support: Provide counselling and support to patients and their families on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine or optometry
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Work Setting: Clinic
  • Personal Qualities: Dependability, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, reliability, team player
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $120,000, based on industry standards and the requirements of the job.
