Fashion Stylist

Salary: $12.50-$15.00 per hour, plus a discount at H&M, &Other Stories, and COS.

We are seeking a talented Fashion Stylist to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a Fashion Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert fashion advice to our customers. You will work closely with our department managers and supervisors to maintain a high level of sales performance and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to provide a personalized shopping experience.
• Assist customers in finding their perfect outfit by offering style advice and suggestions based on current trends and seasonal collections.
• Maintain a neat and tidy sales floor by folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments according to H&M guidelines.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately, including ringing up sales, handling returns, and issuing receipts.
• Educate customers about our H&M Loyalty program and promote our latest fashion collaborations.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and create a positive working environment.
