As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, with the ability to quote customers and create sales orders in our MRP system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Addressing customer inquiries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
• Quoting customers and creating formal quotes
• Reviewing customer orders for pricing, delivery, and special instructions
• Retrieving customer orders through the internet and inputting them into our MRP system
• Creating new product forms and customs paperwork as needed
• Providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer needs
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of two years of customer service experience, with inside sales experience being an asset. You will also need accurate data entry skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
