Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual looking for a challenging role in office administration? Active Security is seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Specialist to join our team.

As an Administrative Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office. This includes establishing work schedules for security guards, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

You will also be responsible for administering policies and procedures related to the release of records, as well as coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

In addition, you will assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. You will also assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

As a seasoned professional with 1-2 years of experience, you will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to supervise 5-10 people. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and pay attention to detail.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.
