Job Title: Administrative Operations Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Specialist to join our team at West Vision Immigration Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and training staff
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
