TECHTONICS ARCHITECT AND INTERIOR SERVICE INC is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

We offer a competitive salary for this position, estimated at $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The Administrative Operations Specialist will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating tasks to office support staff as needed. They will also establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines.

This role involves carrying out various administrative activities, including administering policies and procedures related to record release, coordinating office services, and assisting with budget preparation and inventory control.

The successful candidate will have excellent written communication skills, be able to multitask, and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment. They should also have the ability to work independently and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements
  • 1-7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Degree equivalent to secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week
