PVR FIBERS seeks an Administrative Operations Specialist to provide high-level administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure alignment with company policies and goals.
  • Delegate work to office support staff to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and preparation of reports.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Train staff on new procedures and technologies.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide support to staff as needed.
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek.
  • The work language is English.
