Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Professional to join our team. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service to our clients, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Marketing: Contribute to team sales success by achieving individual sales goals and identifying opportunities to cross-sell and refer clients to other team members.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our agent and team to establish and meet set goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Service/Sales Experience: A successful track record of meeting service and sales goals/quotas is preferred.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Time Management and Organization: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic, with a strong commitment to integrity, ethics, and regulatory compliance.
