About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Professional to join our team at Todd Lalonde - Desjardins Insurance Agent. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients and contributing to the growth and success of our agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Sales and Growth: Contribute to team sales success through achievement of individual sales goals and through effective opportunity spotting, cross-selling, and referring to your team.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with the agent and team to establish and meet set goals, promoting a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Service and Sales Experience: Previous experience in customer service and sales, with a successful track record of meeting service and sales goals/quotas.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent time management skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Skills: Proactive in problem-solving and proficient in Microsoft Office: Word and Outlook.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic, with strong integrity, ethics, and adherence to regulatory compliance.
  • Professional Development: Willingness to obtain a General License (OTL) and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
