We're seeking a Personal Insurance Advisor to join our team on a permanent basis, working out of our Midland branch in Central Ontario. As a key member of our team, you'll help customers find insurance solutions that meet their needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Help customers find insurance solutions that meet their needs
- Stay up-to-date on underwriting rules and workflow processes
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering advice and guidance

- Write new business policies with an emphasis on quality and efficiency

Requirements
- Post-secondary education
- Relevant sales and customer service experience
- Strong customer focus
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- RIBO license
