Estimator/Project Manager

ServiceMaster Restore is a leading disaster restoration company specializing in water, fire, and mold mitigation, rebuild services, and general contracting. We are seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to oversee restoration projects and deliver exceptional services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed scopes and estimates for insurance and non-insurance restoration projects
  • Respond to emergency claims and assess damage to determine the cause of losses
  • Manage project components to ensure timely restoration and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate project activities with clients, subcontractors, and consultants
  • Monitor progress, costs, and provide regular updates to clients
  • Participate in on-call rotations to handle emergencies

Requirements:

  • IICRC certifications are considered an asset
  • Minimum one year of experience in insurance restoration or construction estimating/project management

This role involves a mix of site and office work, occasional handling of tools and heavy equipment, and may require working outside of regular hours.
