Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Sales and Growth: Contribute to team sales success through achievement of individual sales goals and through effective opportunity spotting, cross-selling, and referring to your team.
