We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Student Recruiter to join our team at Contact North | Contact Nord. As a Student Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging with students who are interested in pursuing higher education with our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a spokesperson for our organization, promoting our programs and services to students and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with students, educators, and other partners to identify potential candidates for our programs.
- Collaborate with our team to design and implement recruitment strategies that meet our organization's goals and objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service to students and other stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in student recruitment, making recommendations for process improvements and new initiatives.
- 2 years of experience in student recruitment, education, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, educators, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
