Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Anurag Homes Team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our real estate team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information and maintain accurate records
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and other correspondence
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality
  • Provide administrative support to the real estate team, including data entry and other tasks as required
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. business administration, office administration)
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in real estate
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
