At STARLIGHT INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL, we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead our client support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales workers and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences. They will be responsible for:

  • Assigning tasks to team members
  • Hiring and training new staff
  • Developing interest courses for professional growth
  • Creating work schedules and reports on sales performance
  • Managing inventory and payroll administration
  • Conducting performance reviews

The Customer Service Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining a fast-paced environment and ensuring attention to detail in all aspects of the job. As a team player, they will work collaboratively with office and volunteer staff to achieve company goals.

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Degree in a related field (Secondary school graduation certificate)
