Customer Service Team Lead

At STARLIGHT INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL, we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead our client support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales workers and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences. They will be responsible for:
- Assigning tasks to team members
- Hiring and training new staff
- Developing interest courses for professional growth
- Creating work schedules and reports on sales performance
- Managing inventory and payroll administration
- Conducting performance reviews
The Customer Service Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining a fast-paced environment and ensuring attention to detail in all aspects of the job. As a team player, they will work collaboratively with office and volunteer staff to achieve company goals.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, the candidate must have:
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a team environment
- Degree in a related field (Secondary school graduation certificate)
