Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Recruit and hire new team members to ensure that our team has the right skills and expertise to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure that our team has the resources they need to deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or operations role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
