Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Tomato E-commerce Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees
  • Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance job skills
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment
About the Role:

This is a permanent full-time position with a salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with MS Office
