Job Summary:


This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a skilled Executive Chef de Partie - Food Production Specialist. As part of our culinary team, you will play a crucial role in the execution of menu item production, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to our guests in a timely fashion.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Prepare, pre-cook, cook, and present menu items following standardized recipes while maintaining company standards and adhering to safety and hygiene policies.
  • Contribute to a safe and welcoming work environment by performing tasks with a focus on service excellence.
  • Participate in month-end inventories and collaborate with operational departments to achieve common goals.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including guests, ownership, and employees, to develop strong working relationships and ensure compliance with licensing laws, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements:



  • Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of culinary experience with a focus on food production and presentation.
  • Fitness for fast-paced environments and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Possession of Food Handling Certification and willingness to submit to a criminal record check.

Compensation:


We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development within our organization.
