Job Description

Jay Badri Vishal Hospitality Inc is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team in menu development and culinary innovation. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for creating menus that showcase our commitment to quality and excellence.

About the Role
  • We are offering a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • This is a full-time position with 32 hours of work per week.

As our Executive Chef, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff supervision. You will work closely with our culinary team to develop new recipes and menus that reflect the latest culinary trends and exceed customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a senior chef in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting. You will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong knowledge of kitchen operations, and the ability to inspire and motivate your team.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Controlling food costs and inventory levels
  • Sourcing local and seasonal ingredients
  • Developing and implementing health and safety protocols
  • Collaborating with our sales and marketing team to create innovative promotions and events
