We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Jay Badri Vishal Hospitality Inc. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for planning and directing food preparation and cooking activities for multiple restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that meet the highest quality standards, taking into account seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and nutritional requirements.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and train a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
  • Sourcing and Procurement: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, negotiate prices with vendors, and arrange for equipment purchases and repairs.
  • Financial Management: Manage food costs, labor expenses, and inventory levels to maintain profitability and control waste.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all menu items are prepared to perfection and presented in an attractive manner, meeting the high expectations of our customers.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.

This is a permanent full-time position with 32 hours of work per week. The salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience.
