About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Pro Choice Automotive Ltd. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Carry out administrative activities related to policy development, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record management and access to information legislation.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth operation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position working 35-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
