About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our team at PIB (Programmed Insurance Brokers Inc.). As a key member of our Broker Service Division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Personal Lines clients, exceeding service standards, and driving growth and retention targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with our existing book of business clients, providing personalized service and support to meet their evolving needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling policy reviews, changes, and renewals, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of any issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance broker loyalty and retention, working closely with clients and external insurance partners to identify opportunities and foster leads.
  • Provide guidance and support to all branches, coast to coast, ensuring consistent service delivery and excellence.
Requirements
  • RIBO Licensed (preferred/must be able to obtain)
  • Minimum 3 years of industry and insurance experience, with a proven track record of service and broker support knowledge.
  • Excellent negotiation, resolution, and communication skills, with the ability to exceed service and retention targets.
  • Strong time management, decision-making, client relations, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving business growth.
