Job Title: Insurance Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our team at PIB (Programmed Insurance Brokers Inc.). As an Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to clients, understanding their insurance needs and preferences
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • RIBO License (or ability to obtain)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance, preferably in a brokerage or agency setting
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Broker Management Systems (EPIC, TAM, Applied Rating Services)
