We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team at PIB (Programmed Insurance Brokers Inc.).

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our existing book of business clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their insurance needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients
  • Provide front-line contact for policy reviews and changes
  • Prepare renewal reviews with multiple markets
  • Liaise between clients and external insurance partners
  • Service journey to identify opportunities and foster leads

Requirements:

  • RIBO Licensed (preferred/must be able to obtain)
  • Service experience with more than 3 years of industry and insurance experience
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve issues
  • Strong time management, communication, and client relations skills
