About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Insurance Account Manager to join our team at PIB (Programmed Insurance Brokers Inc.).

Key Responsibilities
  • Front line contact to assist clients with all policy reviews and changes to coverage.
  • Participate in renewal reviews in conjunction with the Account Executive Team.
  • RIBO Licensed (preferred/must be able to obtain).
  • Experience in both the group insurance space as well as with affinity programs considered an asset.
  • Strong time management, communication, decision making, client relations.
  • Flexible, collaborative, and proactive.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with broker management system (EPIC, TAM, Applied Rating Services).
