About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our team at PIB (Programmed Insurance Brokers Inc.). As a key member of our Broker Service Division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Personal Lines clients, with a focus on retention and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and carrier contacts to drive business growth and retention.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and loyalty, including renewal reviews and policy changes.
  • Liaise with external insurance partners to negotiate and plan optimal retention and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and foster leads through service cycles, networking, and referrals.
  • Provide guidance and support to all branches coast to coast.
Requirements
  • RIBO Licensed (preferred/must be able to obtain)
  • Minimum 3 years of industry and insurance experience, with a focus on servicing and broker support
  • Excellent negotiation, resolution, and communication skills
  • Strong time management, decision-making, client relations, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive approach
  • Proficiency with Broker Management Systems (EPIC, TAM, Applied Rating Services)
