About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic, licensed, Commercial Business Service Broker to join our team as a Business Insurance Account Manager. As a Business Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Front line contact to assist our clients with all policy reviews and changes to coverage.
  • Enhancing loyalty and client engagement with our brokerage.
  • Maintaining and enhancing relationships with our existing book of clients.
  • Negotiating and planning with client and carrier for optimal retention and satisfaction.
  • Participating in renewal reviews in conjunction with the Account Executive Team.
  • Captitalizing on opportunities and fostering leads throughout the service cycle.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • RIBO Licensed (preferred/must be able to obtain).
  • Service experience in the industry, ideally more than 3 years, servicing clients in a broker support role.
  • Experience in both the group insurance space as well as with affinity programs considered an asset.
  • Strong time management, communication, decision making, client relations.
  • Organized.
  • Flexible, collaborative, and proactive.
  • The ability to effectively interface with clients and PIB team members.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with broker management system (EPIC, TAM, Applied Rating Services).
