Hotel Franchise Sales and Development Executive

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Director, Franchise Sales and Development to join our team in Ontario. In this role, you will play a key part in our mission to make hotel travel possible for all.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify franchise opportunities in Eastern Canada for our Canadian brands.
- Negotiate deal terms and property improvement plans.
- Execute hotel franchise agreements.
- Manage relationships and attend industry events.
- Submit forecasts and general reporting.
Requirements
- Proven achievement in sales, exceeding quotas.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Aptitude to evaluate pro-forma and feasibility studies for new construction projects.
- New construction development knowledge.
- Fluency in French and English (oral and written).
- Experience in franchise sales organization(s) preferred.
