Sales Support Coordinator

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to provide crucial assistance to our sales team and customers. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated by team success and collaborate effectively with customers, hotels, vendors, and internal teams to drive new sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sellers by handling activities across the sales process and multiple opportunities
  • Process bookings and address inbound requests from customers
  • Collaborate with hotels, vendors, and internal teams to drive new sales

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Tools
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Sabre, Synxis, and Opera is an asset
  • One year of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry

What You'll Do:

  • Receive and process inbound requests from sellers and clients
  • Send emails to sellers, clients, and hotels via Salesforce and Outlook
  • Process bookings and complete modifications within strict service levels
  • Source hotel locations for Extended Stay or Project requests
  • Collaborate with the Wyndham Commissions team for account consolidation
