Sales Director

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Director, Franchise Sales and Development to join our team in Ontario.
This role plays an integral part in our mission to make hotel travel possible for all.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying franchise opportunities in Eastern Canada for our Canadian brands.
You will also be responsible for networking and attending industry events, negotiating terms and execution of contracts, and assisting other members of the development team on special projects.
Maintaining in-depth knowledge of major purchase/sale transactions, activities of debt and equity, providers and other hospitality-related trends within the US and Canada is also a key responsibility.
You'll be successful if you have- Proven achievement in sales by exceeding quotas.
- Aptitude to evaluate pro-forma and feasibility studies for new construction projects.
- New Construction Development Knowledge.
- Fluency in French and English (oral and written).
- Experience and proven achievement in franchise sales organization(s) preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred;
- 3-5 years experience in business/relationship development;
- Must have demonstrated proven achievement in sales by exceeding quota;
- Bilingualism in French and English (oral and written).
