We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through effective sales strategies and customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive growth
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions
  • Evaluate the performance of sales staff and provide coaching and training to improve results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market trends to ensure we remain competitive
  • Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (based on location and experience)

Requirements:



  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge of sales software and CRM systems
  • Familiarity with market trends and competitor analysis
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
