We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through effective sales strategies and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets and increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive growth
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions
- Evaluate the performance of sales staff and provide coaching and training to improve results
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market trends to ensure we remain competitive
- Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (based on location and experience)
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of sales software and CRM systems
- Familiarity with market trends and competitor analysis
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
