Business Development Manager

At Wirehead, we're seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive business growth and maintain client satisfaction. As a key player in our team, you'll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing sales pursuits within targeted accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and qualify sales opportunities within targeted accounts
* Understand client business strategies and translate them into business solutions
* Own the sales management process from opportunity identification to contract closing
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with alliance partners
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of sales/recruiting experience in an agency environment or similar experience in sales
* Knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting
* Experience with Government procurement methods and supply arrangements
* Strong problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities
* Proficiency in using Google Workspace mail, calendaring, and shared drives
