Jobber is Seeking a Business Development Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Sales team as a Business Development Manager. This role plays a significant part in developing the trust we have with small businesses, focusing on empowering them to succeed through our innovative mobile technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a funnel of existing customers to identify opportunities for expansion through additional features and products.
  • Proactively connect with customers, providing recommendations on how to better utilize Jobber to drive their success, while driving revenue for Jobber.
  • Achieve results by consistently hitting and overachieving targets.
  • Communicate and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure feedback is communicated around initiatives, products, and campaigns.
  • Track key information in Salesforce for follow-up and analytics.
What You'll Need
  • Demonstrated experience in an outbound sales environment with commission and/or targets.
  • High energy and ability to work in a dynamic environment with a short sales cycle.
  • Driven and tenacious mindset to overcome obstacles and achieve goals.
  • Ability to find solutions and think on your feet.
  • Coachable and adaptable nature to thrive in a changing environment.
  • Strong and confident communication style with excellent listening skills.
  • Previous experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, preferably Salesforce.
