Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic IT Solutions Architect to drive revenue growth and ensure successful delivery of technical solutions for our esteemed clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Technical Sales Support
    • Collaborate with sales teams to provide product expertise and technical qualification for sales opportunities.
    • Develop and define sales strategies, sales propositions, and promote business solutions to customers.
    • Engage with customers' technical teams, middle, and upper management to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Opportunity Engagement & Profitability
    • Drive opportunity engagement profitability from pursuit to delivery, managing risk and partnerships where necessary.
  • Sales Funnel Development
    • Support the achievement of revenue targets by assisting with technical qualification, proposal development, and closing sales opportunities.
  • Technical Expertise & Leadership
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, providing thought leadership to customers and internal teams.
    • Assist in transitioning customers to new technologies and advise on their impact on business operations.
  • Sales Documentation & Quality Assurance
    • Approve sales proposal pricing and ensure profitability within defined parameters.
    • Perform quality assurance for sales documentation and review contracts to ensure accuracy.
  • Market Intelligence
    • Acquire and apply knowledge of trends in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry and relevant customer sectors.
    • Position solutions within customers' business strategies based on competitive and market insights.
  • Product & Service Evolution
    • Influence the development of new and existing products and services to meet current and future customer needs.
  • Vendor & Partner Relationships
    • Act as the technical lead for sales relationships with vendors and partners, building a robust support foundation.
  • Coaching & Mentoring
    • Provide consulting, coaching, and mentoring to sales teams, customer systems analysts, and other stakeholders on technical requirements and solutions.
  • Business Case Development
    • Assist customers and internal teams in developing business cases for integrated IT solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Methodologies & Tools
    • Maintain knowledge of best practices, standards, and tools, and advocate for their adoption within the organization.
