We are seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Solutions Training Manager to join our team at Next Level Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for employees and customers in the Precision Agriculture sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training modules to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Develop and adapt training content to meet the specific needs of our clients in the region.
  • Coordinate logistics and equipment needs to facilitate effective training sessions.
  • Establish and implement strategic training goals to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Training Coordinator to schedule and deliver training programs.
  • Participate in onboarding sessions and ongoing employee development initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with technical manuals, equipment setup, and operations for John Deere and short-line products.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in facilitating adult learning programs and strong presentation skills.
  • Technical expertise in diagnosing and repairing basic electrical products.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and reports.
  • Extensive experience in an agriculture-related role, with a preference for dealership Service or Precision Ag experience.
  • Knowledge of farm and agriculture systems in the region.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours and travel extensively.
  • A valid Class 5 Driver's License and ability to travel internationally.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a preference for an Agriculture, Business, or Engineering degree.
  • Proficiency in using desktop and internet applications.
