Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per yearThis role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth.
Job Description:Lead Business DevelopmentThe successful candidate will lead and achieve strategic business development objectives to build and maintain a high-value portfolio of large, diversified commercial clients. This includes managing a portfolio of over $10 million and working closely with product partners to develop the right products to tap market opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading all aspects of risk-reward parameters within acceptable levels towards achieving optimal business performance
- Being recognized as the face of CWB in the local market, delivering full-service banking and financial solutions through effective and authentic partnerships
- Creating, implementing, and effecting an independent marketing plan to achieve sales & growth targets
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or accounting fields
- Six years' experience within commercial lending or related experience
- Proven experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies and actions in collaboration with partners
- Subject matter expert in the continuous improvement of sales processes & programs
